About Infusion: A Rollin' Creamery
At Infusion: A Rollin’ Creamery we specialize in Thai rolled ice cream, which isn’t just ice cream scooped out of a bucket, but instead the ice cream is still in its liquid form and poured on to a surface that is at -18 degrees Fahrenheit then chopped, mixed, spread, and rolled in front of you customized just for you! We also make Boba/bubble tea, a tea that has chewy tapioca pearls in it, which is the classic kind and also we have popping boba a type of boba that bursts in your mouth when you bite on it, very similar to Fruit Gushers.

I’ve been coming to Infusion regularly for a long time usually 2–3 times a month and I almost always order the same thing: cookies and cream. I’ve always had great experiences, which is why this is so disappointing. Today I got home, took a bite of my cookies and cream, and immediately noticed it tasted like bananas. Unfortunately, I have a severe banana allergy, and after eating it I had a serious allergic reaction that required a trip to the ER. I’m not sure if there was cross-contamination from a spatula or scraper that wasn’t cleaned between orders, or if the wrong syrup or ingredient was accidentally used. Either way, this could have had an even more serious outcome. I would strongly recommend thoroughly cleaning utensils between every order and double-checking ingredients before serving customers, especially since food allergies can be life-threatening. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue here, and I’m very disappointed because I usually enjoy coming to this shop. I hope this review helps prevent the same thing from happening to someone else.

in 2021 I believe I heard about this place through a mutual friend. I don’t know why it took me this long to put a review in the first year or two that they were open my friends and I would go there almost every weekend during the summers after a hot day at the barn riding horses or at the park. Locally owned the ice cream is quite consistent with the quality and the creaminess. There hasn’t been a serving where there’s icicles mixed which is goood. Recently, I tasted the mango which is not my usual because I’m usually doubtful of the quality and the taste of any mango ice cream unless it’s handmade and the fruits are from the islands of the Philippines or Haiti or India But this mango ice cream hits the same!!! Im hooked again. My usual go to at this ice cream shop was the Oreo something with some sort of red velvet or a brownie but this mango is definitely tropical and looking forward to this summer having it more. The service is pretty good all well. I’ve gone there with about eight people sometimes and it’s about average When it comes to that amount of people and the time it makes. It’s cool that you get to see how they make it in front of you as well it’s part of the fun. CON

Quite a unique experience. Ice cream was delicious. Place was packed. Food gets 5-Stars. Environment 4.5-stars; Service 3-stars. They worked hard but weren’t the friendliest. Not much parking. Definitely worth checking out. EDIT: came back the gentlemen were friendlier than last time. Food & drinks are still amazing!

Tried them on my last visit to the area. The staff were able to guide me through questions about dietary restrictions. All drinks unless specified with an asterisk are made with non dairy creamer for those who can't have. We both tried the Brown Sugar boba, mine a milk tea and hers a milk slush. Obviously, these drinks tend to be sweet, but I found them to be overly sweet. Neither of us was able to finish the entire beverage. It was not a bad option, but I've had other boba shops I prefer in the greater west palm area.
